While regulated Pennsylvania online poker is not available quite yet because the enabling legislation for it was just recently passed in late 2017, offshore gaming certainly is available now. Pennsylvania is a surprisingly large state with some major cities that could easily support a very healthy poker economy whether it be regulated or offshore.
